For those with Tax ID Numbers we do offer wholesale items when purchases are over $100. Wholesale customers will have to provide a Tax ID Number before ordering products at wholesale cost. This includes first and last names of the purchaser under the Tax ID number. Retail Customers when ordering products only need to place first and last name of purchaser, method of payment and where product is being shipped to or picked up. All customers will be provided with proof or confirmation of purchase.
Return Policy
Globegifts® is pleased to have you as a customer and we hope that you understand that we do not take returns on any types of Oils, Soaps, Lotions or Personal Care Products. All returnable or damaged items excluding those mentioned above will be issued store credit, returned for an item of equal or lessor value, or issued a refund. Returnable items must be returned, within 30 days of purchase and reported within 3 days of purchase. Please be sure to provide us with your order number, date of purchase and the nature of your reason's to return or replace damaged product.
Please be mindful that we are reluctant to take many returns due to the Covid-19 pandemic.
Though as honesty falls in the world we will honor legitimate returns for damaged items. Please be patient.
